Our Staff will not be any color or Status in
Rooms Hosted by us, unless prior agreed with the Room Owner or Room Payer. If
black server hosting staff requires access to your room they will perform
actions from the server itself or the web control panels.

If you are registering an 18+ room, you are
agreeing that you are over the age of 18., and must be of legal age in your
respective country or region to purchase adult hosting with us .
6.
No nudity or sexual trivia to be shown or played
in all ages rooms as per Camfrog T.O.S. and our rules or your room could be
closed without a refund given, our servers will not be put at risk.
7.
18+ Rooms shall not have underage users on cam if
any members are not accompanied by their guardians or if any nudity is present
in the room
8.
All individuals purchasing hosting with Black
Servers should ensure that no activity takes place in the room that is illegal
under the laws applicable to the region in which the room is shown as located.
9.
If you decide to cancel your subscription with us
within the allocated month, no refund will be given and the room will remain
online until the end of the month unless you are porting your room to another
service provider (requires your account to be in good standing).
10.
Room names created by Black Server Hosting for
your use will remain property of Black Server Hosting until the end of the
rental agreement and your account is in good standing.
11.
Your Chat Room will be loaded with our default
agreement message, which you can change accordingly when you are granted access
to your online web control panel. (If assistance is required with the editing of
your agreement message, please contact a member of staff).
12.
Our on-site Staff automatically holds the right
to access your Camfrog Chat Room, at any time via the Server or the Chat Room
itself for log retrieval and ensure T.O.S. Compliance
13.
All serial codes provided to us by you will be
released at the end of service and deleted from our servers and database.
14.
Our staff will NEVER ask you for your serial via
any Instant Messenger programs. Please only ever submit your serial via email to
blackserverhosting@gmail.com or
admin@blackserverhosting.com with the room or bot name that the code
should be applied to

Additional charges may be due if your room
capacity is consistently stretched over the 75 users average). Black Server
Hosting will contact you in advance to make a suitable mutual agreement.
16.
Room name changes can be made at any time. Due to
the amount of work needed to perform name changes the first six will be made
free of charge.
17.
Abuse of any member(s) of the server staff will
not be tolerated, and can result in the immediate termination of any agreement
without refund. (you are allowed to kick and ban members of the staff from your
room, however verbal/visual abuse will not be tolerated)
18.
Black Server Hosting reserves the right to server
ban any IPs of individuals attempting to circumvent the protective measures in
place on our networks
19.
Black Server Hosting also reserves the right to
server ban the IPs of any individual violating Camfrog terms of service and
harassing other Camfrog room owners including spamming of a competing hosting
service or hosted room.
20.
Black Server Hosting has an uptime of 99.9%
guarantee. With the exception of regular scheduled maintenance.
If at any time our service levels fall below this correct measure, time
will be taken to resolve the problem and “service credit” will be applied to
your account on the next billing cycle no refunds will be given if you choose to
terminate your hosting services (this only applies to accounts in good standing,
accounts not in good standing will not receive credit)
21.
Black Server hosted servers are always restarted
at least once a week to ensure that the most up to date security patches have
been applied and all Camfrog servers and bots are up to date.
22.
It is your sole responsibility to maintain you’re
Server, (Oplist, Ban List, MOTD, Bots, Bot Admin list)
23.
Room logs can now be furnished via a secure link
thanks to innovation by Lacie, If you would like
access to your room chat logs, connection logs and your kick/punish/ban logs let
us know and we’ll get that to you within 24 hours. Logs can be access by a link
or by using Lacie’s Wuala software found at
www.wuala.com (Not required)
24.
In the event of non-payment, you will have 5 days
(including weekends) to contact Black Server Hosting to make a payment or make
payment arraignments or your account will be suspended. (Rooms are deleted after
10 days)
25.
Black Server Hosting reserves the right to
utilize all non-paid rooms to include
re-activating them changing the MOTD and re-selling the name to an interested
party) to request a list of names available for use please contact us
blackserverhosting@gmail.com
26.
Room names belonging to Black Server Hosting will
be re-activated to new parties free of charge. If you wish to purchase a room
name to take to another hosting service a one-time fee of $10 will be charged.
27.
Black Server Hosting will only contact person who
makes the order/payment named on the invoice, and will be the person we will
contact unless otherwise stated by the invoice in an email to Black Server
Hosting. You can specify up to 3 other individuals who may take required action
on the room (this includes server restarts, and changes to features that do not
impact room cost)
28.
Black Server Hosting will provide free server
side tech support and assistance.
Any client side software will need to seek assistance utilizing Camfrog tech
support at helpdesk@camfrog.com for
assistance with 3rd party software please contact that vendors help
desk or tech support office
29.
Currently Black Server Hosting accepts payments
processed through paypal. All
services provided through Black Server Hosting will be invoiced so that you can
see where you money goes. Any issues regarding usage of this payment method
should be addressed to the paypal helpdesk
30.
Offers are for a limited time and will not be
offered after their expiration dated
31.
Black Server Hosting will not remove, add, block,
kick, or ban any users from your room or alter any items in the room control
panel when one of rooms owners or operators are present or unless explicitly
requested to, except in cases of major force such as technical failure or
momentary / temporary inability responsible to execute such commands.
32.
Trouble Tickets or other issues will be accept
thru email, Facebook message and will only be responded to if the originator is
on the access list for the room
